The Commercial System

Glass walls built for
spaces that work hard.

Commercial glass partitions must do more than look beautiful — they must handle high-traffic hardware, span large openings, meet fire and acoustic codes, and last for decades without maintenance. Every WiseGlass NY commercial system is engineered to these standards from day one.

01

Structural from
Floor to Ceiling.

Commercial systems use a structural steel floor channel and ceiling perimeter channel to carry the glass load across wide spans. No intermediate wall studs required — the glass itself becomes the structure between anchor points.

02

Any Door,
In the System.

Swinging or sliding glass doors integrate directly into the panel array with no visible frame break. Commercial-grade hinges, panic hardware, electromagnetic locks, card readers, and ADA lever sets — all factory-matched to your frame finish.

03

Minimal Disruption
to Operations.

We coordinate with your GC, project manager, and building management to schedule installation in phases or after-hours. Most single-room commercial installations complete in one to two days with no wet trades involved.

— Hardware

Structural Floor & Ceiling Channels

Heavy-gauge aluminum floor and ceiling channels anchor to structural concrete or wood framing, carrying the full glass load across the span. No intermediate wall required — the system bridges anchor to anchor with engineering documentation available.

— Hardware

Commercial-Grade Door Hardware

ADA-compliant lever handles, 48″ commercial bar pulls, panic-rated exit hardware, electromagnetic locks with access control, and card reader integration — all factory-specified and finish-matched to your frame color.

— Hardware

Structural Mullions

Extruded aluminum mullions between glass panels carry lateral loads and create the visual rhythm of the partition wall. Available in standard and wide-profile options. All mullions are powder-coated to match the frame finish — no raw aluminum exposed.

Privacy & Acoustic Options

Frosted, switchable smart glass (PDLC), one-way mirror, and acoustic laminated glass are all available within the commercial system. Acoustic seals on door perimeters achieve STC ratings up to 40+ for conference room applications.
